ROCK Development Company is a family owned and operated organization that was founded in 2020 by brothers, Ross Cornwell (RO) and Nick Cornwell (CK). The brothers are 5th generation Fauquier County natives who grew up on family land in Southern Fauquier. Having grown up in a rural setting in picturesque Warrenton, VA, the brothers found an early appreciation for raw land and the vision to bring dreams to reality be that through development and the building process.
